Job of Your Life – Top 10 Casting
Holiday guru Headoffice, Holzwickede 10 candidates – 7 hours – 4 tasks – 3 free places – 1 joint jury decision
At 9.30 a.m., we started the day together with the gurus and the top 10 candidates.
After a joint welcome, each candidate began with a different challenge. Four tasks had to be solved as creatively, individually, and successfully as possible.
A video challenge tested the editing skills of the candidates. In another challenge, they had to convince the jury with their personality. The third challenge they had to master that day was an organisational task, only giving them a short time to plan a trip to Panama. Of course, a FIDLOCK challenge was also part of the program, rounding off the tasks of the day! We set up a great scenery in the holiday guru office.
In our sandbox challenge, the candidates had to produce and publish a post (feed post, story or reel) on a specially created challenge account within 10 minutes. We prepared a sand oasis in and around a swimming pool, in which the candidates had to realize the post-idea of building a sandcastle.
Of course, whether they used our FIDLOCK products for content creation was one of many exciting criteria for our task evaluation. The results of our challenge were as varied as the 10 applicants.
We met 10 open-minded, communicative, and creative people who love traveling and absolutely want to be chosen for the job of a lifetime.
After exciting and fun hours, we sat down with the holiday guru crew and chose the top 3 together.
