For deliveries to the EU, you can choose DHL Express for €15.00.
DHL Express for €17.99, only €9.99 on orders of €100 or more. Your order usually arrives 2 working days after dispatch.
We ship duties unpaid (DAP). Our products are generally not subject to customs duty. For orders up to around CHF 62 including shipping, you pay no import VAT. Above that, Swiss customs charge 8.1% VAT and DHL charges a customs clearance fee.
DHL Express for €17.99, only €9.99 on orders of €100 or more. Your order usually arrives 2 working days after dispatch.
UK VAT (20%) is already included in the item price. We ship duties unpaid (DAP): for goods worth up to £135, you pay nothing on delivery. Above that, import duties are due, together with a handling fee from DHL.

If an item is defective, you have your statutory warranty rights: repair or replacement, withdrawal from the contract or a reduction of the price. In this case, we cover the cost of returning the goods.
