Returns & Cancellations

Yes, items can be returned within the statutory return period, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Use is particularly problematic with water bottles, as they are considered hygiene products.

The only exception is the Custom Bottle. This is custom-made at the customer’s request and is therefore excluded from the right of return.

FIDLOCK products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or external factors is excluded from the warranty.
