The VACUUM flex desk base provides a secure mount for your smartphone on your desk. It consists of a sturdy base and a long, flexible arm with a VACUUM head. The head, which features a suction cup, screws onto the arm at a 90° angle. This positions the smartphone for work, video conferences, or use as an additional small screen.
Whether in the office, at home in the living room, or in the kitchen: The mount holds the smartphone at the desired height, keeps the desk tidy, and leaves your hands free for other activities.
To ensure the smartphone stays attached to the mount, it needs a magnetic counterpart. The set includes the universal VACUUM uni phone patch for this purpose. It turns conventional smartphone cases into FIDLOCK VACUUM cases. The VACUUM geometry is attached to the case using a 3M adhesive dot. A cleaning cloth and a securing clip are included. A smooth surface is essential for the suction cup to adhere securely.
Here’s how it works: To attach the smartphone, hold it just in front of the base. You’ll immediately feel the magnetic force as the base and the VACUUM head attract each other. This centers the smartphone on the base and, combined with the vacuum, ensures an ultra-strong hold. To remove it, press down on the control lever on the back of the base to release the vacuum. This allows you to operate the smartphone with one hand. The mechanical locking mechanism enables 360° rotation.
Important Notes:
- The patch is not suitable for textured surfaces or silicone or leather cases.
- It is designed to be attached to smooth surfaces.
