With the goal of saving 1,000 lives, Thousand was founded as a design-driven helmet brand. Safety in everyday cycling should feel natural – without compromising style or comfort. The brand develops helmets that people actually want to wear, with a strong focus on aesthetic design, comfortable fit and maximum everyday usability. At the same time, environmental impact is taken into account and production effects are reduced wherever possible.
Every detail is carefully designed – from the theft-resistant PopLock system to comfortable straps, optimised ventilation and a secure, certified fit. This concept is complemented by the SNAP helmet buckle 15. The magnetic-mechanical fastening system enables intuitive handling: magnets guide the fastening elements automatically into the correct position before they lock securely and reliably into place. This allows fast one-hand operation – even with gloves or in low-visibility conditions.
As a result, the solution delivers not only comfort but also a clear benefit in safety and user experience.
