PINCLIP – Mechanical Security with Magnetic Support

In the Lombard E2, our PINCLIP male M connector clip-in is optionally integrated as a fastening solution for the battery mount and implemented as part of the overall bike system. Metal pins engage mechanically during the closing process and create a form-locked connection. At the same time, integrated magnets ensure precise alignment and support secure, controlled engagement of the system.
The fastener blends seamlessly into the construction and becomes part of the bike architecture. It is designed to harmonise with the frame and battery interface, keeping the fastening solution functionally integrated while remaining visually discreet. This approach enables a stable fixation of the battery plate that withstands daily vibration and load while staying intuitive to operate.
